In The Name of Allah, on this great and glorious day of Knowledge Knowledge all being born to Wisdom.

At bottom is information on a free build today at the Black Museum in Philadelphia with Author/Activist Kevin Powell on The Black Male, Black Male Mentorship and Involvement and his latest tome ’The Black Male Handbook’.

I just wanted to add on, I have a great appreciation for this brother for the cause that when he came of age through the 5% he took the service aspect to heart and even when blessed to get that "15 minutes of fame" (Real World Season One) that this society promises, he did not squander it, on trying to become the next "i’ll do anything for a dollar" entertainer. In fact he reminds me very much of many of the brothers from my generation that was heavily affected by the 5%er’s and Black conciousness in the mid-late 80’s and cussping early 1990’s. He took the principles as he saw them and have continued to advocate for Black people and even more importantly for the under/mis represented, Black Male as his ownself in his own skin and not a caricature of this society.

As he was a top candidate for congress in 2008, he often cited in his message directed at youth about the role the 5% Nation played not only in his development but in the very changing of Christian Identity as well regarding Black conciousness, the shunning of pork, etc... It’s mad peace to see this brother doing his thing on the real. I knowledge the God who brought him into the 5%, who is also very much involved in the development of some of our most disenfranchised young Black Men in the State of New Jersey. So may, be something about that "Tree" science?! Birds of a feather... Also is i just respect anyone who is striving to see the bigger picture and work for the greater good. We got a whole generation of brothers like this that often are over shadowed in an era of using nostalgia to fake real, and all this individualism, materialism, sexism that’s eating our babies up like gangrene.
